Financial Analyst Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team.

  • As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting and compliance requirements, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential, along with professional certification such as CPA or CA (or working towards).

The successful candidate will have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and recommendations, and will be able to collaborate effectively with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial reporting and compliance requirements
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals
  • Monitor and improve internal financial controls and processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives
