Key Role: Partner Performance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our growing commercial team as a Partner Performance Manager. This role is crucial in optimizing the performance of our existing partner portfolio, driving revenue growth, and ensuring maximum value from every partner relationship.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of using data to drive business decisions and improving performance metrics. They will be responsible for reviewing and auditing current integrations, analyzing key performance metrics, and developing strategic plans to elevate partners from lower-performing tiers to top-tier status.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our business, work closely with our Partner Success Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, technical acumen, and the ability to articulate complex data insights and strategic recommendations to internal teams.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a partner operations, business operations, or similar data-focused role within a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Proven experience using data to drive business decisions and a track record of successfully improving performance metrics.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or crypto/blockchain industries, with an understanding of payment flows and user journeys.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and technical acumen.
