Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Support the development of short-term and long-term strategic plans, including strategy refresh and annual business planning with our local bottler, Asahi.
- Marketing Project Delivery: Collaborate with our PLI and Asahi marketing teams to deliver select marketing projects.
- Business Review: Lead the PLI Monthly Business Review process, including sales and forecast tracking, category analysis, and presentation to regional and global teams.
- Category Growth Initiatives: Partner with Asahi on category growth initiatives, leveraging local and global insights to create meaningful and compelling category, customer, and consumer stories.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Support the day-to-day workings with our AU and NZ bottler, Asahi, and the Pepsi Lipton team.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in business, commerce, or a related field. Key qualifications and experience include:
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce or equivalent.
- Customer and/or category management experience.
- Entry-level FMCG sales management experience with Woolworths or Coles, or the Away from Home channel.
- Experience managing marketing projects and timelines.
- Strong commercial understanding and experience in delivering sales targets.
- Key team player with experience working in a small and nimble team within a broader ANZ and global team.
- Experience translating strategies into plans that can be effectively executed.
- Future-focused with a broad range of category and consumer knowledge to reasonably anticipate business opportunities and obstacles.
- Holistic business understanding, including P&L.
- A blend of experience in category, sales, finance, marketing, and beverages, with working experience with bottlers and 3rd parties.
