You will work closely with various departments, including Sales Management, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams, to resolve disputes, prevent supply interruptions, and address any accounts receivable issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise records of customer account statuses.
  • Assist in the Credit Management processes for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively with Sales Management, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of cash allocations and identify any unallocated payments.
  • Accurately apply payments to the corresponding invoices, manage claims, and initiate necessary claims processes.
  • Oversee the documentation of credits, claims, and remittance information.
  • Identify and qualify new suppliers to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Innovate data collection methods for quality control, including digital solutions.
  • Enhance supplier performance through effective management of the SCAR process.
  • Support decision-making for operators by providing tools and processes that improve quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A professional with 3-5 years of experience in a credit control capacity.
  • Possesses a solid understanding of debits and credits, along with strong numerical and computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • A detail-oriented individual with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and email communication.
  • Familiarity with SAP, with at least 12 months of experience in Accounts Receivable preferred.
