Bookkeeper Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Superior People Recruitment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices, with experience in processing AP/AR and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable/Payable
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Payroll processing and PAYG & superannuation reconciliation
  • Monthly/quarterly reporting
  • Assisting in the preparation of Instalment & Business Activity Statements

Requirements:

  • A sound working knowledge of basic accounting practices
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Highly organised
  • A minimum of 3+ years bookkeeping experience
  • Ability to work autonomously but also operate as part of a team
