Job Description:

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warranty repairs of vehicles within the warranty period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all documentation related to warranty repairs, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and resolve warranty issues efficiently.
  • Compile and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all claims submitted.
  • Maintain organized storage of return parts and promptly return requested parts.
  • Submit transport and hidden damage claims in a timely manner.
  • Assist in costing repair orders and provide support in other departmental costing duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Desirable experience with TUNE software, but not essential.
  • Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • No prior experience within dealership costing is necessary.
