Job Title: IT Systems Manager

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced IT systems manager to lead our team of business systems analysts, developers, and test analysts. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for providing guidance, leadership, and support to your team while driving the solution architecture capability.

About the Role:

  • Manage a team of business systems analysts, developers, and test analysts, providing expertise and direction for the continuous improvement of our systems development capability.
  • Drive the solution architecture capability, supporting the detailed planning and delivery of business solutions.
  • Oversee all aspects of the release management lifecycle and conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to improve business processes and operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Lead large-scale development projects, managing and motivating the team to execute to plan.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years industry experience working within and delivering information systems via an industry-standard System Development Lifecycle methodology.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including sound business writing skills to produce management reports and business cases.
  • The ability to identify issues and deliver solutions.
