Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our food and beverage operations.

• Lead a team of passionate chefs in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests
• Develop and implement menus that showcase our venue's quality and creativity
• Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory, staff management, and food safety
• Collaborate with our events team to deliver customized catering solutions for weddings, corporate events, and other functions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our culinary offerings remain competitive and innovative

• At least three years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
• Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and menu development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
