The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and drive culinary excellence. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and creativity
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new menu concepts and improve existing ones
• Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for culinary excellence and a commitment to teamwork

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Proven track record of menu development and implementation
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
