We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key leadership position within our organisation.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality results. They will be responsible for supporting the management of client portfolios, identifying and mitigating tax risks, and preparing financial statements and activity statements with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the management of client relationships with high profile organisations and dynamic, multi-generational family groups.
  • Identifying and mitigating tax risks such as Division 7A loans, FBT, CGT events, SBE & depreciation concessions.
  • Preparing financial statements, activity statements and tax returns for all entity types and individuals with minimal supervision.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
  • Your CPA/CA qualification.
  • Knowledge of Australian taxation legislation and accounting reporting requirements.
  • Experience assisting with the management of a large client portfolio base.
  • A technical focus and the ability to self-motivate and work autonomously.
