Credit Management Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Credit Management Professional to join our national team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients through written and verbal means, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely credit control services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting clients to discuss payment options and resolve any issues related to outstanding debts.
- Negotiating payment plans and agreements with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Maintaining accurate records of client communications and payment arrangements.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
