Deliver Exceptional Guest Service

This role will involve working at multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key leadership role within the sales team, focusing on training, mentoring, and developing the guest experience team.

  • Manage the daily operations of the front desk, including greeting and registering owners and guests.

  • Provide information on local area attractions.

  • Assist the Front Office Manager with administrative duties, reporting, and communication tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar hotel position.

  • Proven ability to achieve targets in a GEH or similar sales-focused role.

  • A genuine passion for customer service and the local area.

  • Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team to success.

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and positive individual.

  • Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.

  • High levels of computer literacy.

  • Previous experience with a PMS system advantageous.

  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public, and school holidays.
