Job Description
As a Care Coordinator Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing local area marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue growth;
- Providing exceptional customer service to future residents, family members, and other stakeholders;
- Coordinating activities and events to support the Welcome process and resident experience;
- Managing customer inquiries and conducting tours of the home;
- Collaborating with the General Manager and other teams to achieve sales and admissions commitments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated understanding of sales processes and customer service principles;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Experience in an aged care environment (preferred but not essential).
