About the Job

This position supports a senior leader in managing large-scale food services operations across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high standards of food safety and operational procedures in designated areas.
  • Collaborating with team leaders to plan, implement, and monitor meal service, staffing, performance, training, and skill development initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining patient meal management systems, administering database tools, and engaging stakeholders on changes related to dietetics and nutrition.
  • Managing resources, implementing cost control measures as guided by senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Experience in leading a large-scale food services operation or similar setting.
  • Background in warehouse or supply chain management or similar field.
  • Detailed knowledge of dietary and nutritional requirements and restrictions.
  • Understanding of food safety principles, including HACCP, Food Safety Plans, and reporting protocols.
