  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Greeting and assisting visitors with warmth and professionalism

  • Supporting various departments with general admin tasks

About the Role:

This role requires a welcoming and professional phone manner, strong verbal communication skills, excellent organisation and interpersonal skills, confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook, and a keen eye for detail and polished presentation.
