Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our employment contracts and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate employment contracts for new and existing staff members.
  • E nsure compliance with personal history checks and working rights for all new staff members.
  • Coordinate, review and advise on the end-to-end management of employment contracts.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment, or other relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a HR administrative role.
  • Experience in employment contract development, compliance processing, and eRecruitment systems.
  • Familiar with interpreting Enterprise Agreements.
