Legal Counsel Role

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team. As a Legal Counsel, you will provide proactive commercially focused legal support across a broad range of matters including consumer protection marketing compliance and contractual terms of supply with retail service providers.

About the Role
  • Review marketing materials across digital broadcast and print channels
  • Advise on compliance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Spam Act
  • Support the management of nbn's trademark portfolio
Requirements
  • Current legal practising certificate
  • 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house
  • Background in Telco Technology or consulting for regulated entities is a plus
