Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to join our Animal Health Division in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to promote the growth of our Product Portfolio within our Ruminant Business Unit.

The successful candidate will have strong key account management skills and strategic thinking, with a deep understanding of the Australian Cattle Feedlot industry. They will manage a client portfolio across New South Wales, identifying, securing, and developing new business by visiting Cattle Feedlot personnel to establish and maintain commercial relationships.

About the Role
  • Plan and execute tasks essential to the success of the Feedlot business within the Region
  • Achieve Annual Sales Targets for portfolios within agreed operational expense budgets
  • Manage medium to large-sized Key Accounts within the Region, with periodic travel outside the region potentially
About You

The ideal candidate will have

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or Life Science discipline desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrate considerable experience and successful track record in Sales and Key Account Management within the Animal Health or Agricultural sector
  • Sound understanding of the Australian Beef Cattle industry
  • Extensive knowledge of, and solid experience within, the Australian Feedlot industry highly regarded
  • Excellent business management skills including strategic analysis, territory planning and relationship management
