Job Opportunity
\//Lead a team of professionals to advance the growth and prosperity of the Feedlot sector in New South Wales.
Responsibilities:

- Develop strategic plans to drive business growth within the Ruminant Business Unit.\
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders, including Cattle Feedlot personnel and Key Opinion Leaders.\
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and product knowledge.\
- Manage client portfolios across NSW, ensuring consistent delivery of results and exceeding annual sales targets.\
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Australian Beef Cattle industry and its evolving trends, providing insights to inform business decisions.\
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, staying updated on best practices in the Feedlot sector and implementing process improvements where necessary.\
- Travel extensively throughout NSW, engaging with clients and stakeholders to foster relationships and promote products.\\[/ul]\
About You
\//We are seeking an individual with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in Sales and Key Account Management, preferably within the Animal Health or Agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Australian Feedlot industry, combined with excellent business management skills and a passion for driving growth and innovation.//
