International Program Coordinator Opportunity

The organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced international program coordinator to join its high-performing team. This non-ongoing role, based in Canberra, offers the chance to engage with global stakeholders, lead program delivery, and drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of a network of international offices and programs
  • Build and maintain culturally sensitive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage contracts, tenders, funding agreements, and financial reporting
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for high-level international and domestic visits

This role requires excellent organisational, administrative, and financial management skills, as well as strong program/project management experience with a continuous improvement focus.
