In this part-time role (20 hours per week), you will create high-quality audio content that meets the Clients' objectives and the Creative, Sales, and Content departments' objectives.

The ideal candidate will:
  1. Generate great results for clients and contribute to Sales writing more business.
  2. Enhance AmplifyCBR/ARN's on-air sound and audio executions in various forms.
  3. Ensure compliance with all Broadcasting Codes and Standards, the Trade Practices Act, and relevant legal guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with Sales to deliver exceptional solutions, results, and experiences for clients.
  5. Build relationships with clients regarding their creative requirements.
  6. Attend client meetings, take creative briefs, and present marketing solutions.

About You:
  • 2 or more years' experience in a Radio, Audio, or Agency Creative Team or equivalent.
  • Casting and directing voice talent experience.
  • Collaboration with Sound designers, e.g., Directing, Music, and Sound Effect selection.
  • Degree or Diploma of Business/Advertising/Marketing or higher is desirable.
