About the Role

This part-time position, requiring 20 hours per week, is ideal for a skilled content creator who can craft engaging audio experiences. The successful candidate will develop high-quality audio content that meets the client's objectives and aligns with the Creative, Sales, and Content departments' goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Generate exceptional results for clients and support Sales in writing more business.
  • Contribute to AmplifyCBR/ARN's on-air sound and audio executions in various forms.
  • Ensure compliance with all broadcasting codes, standards, and relevant legal guidelines.
  • Create recorded commercial campaigns, sponsorship credits, live reads, promotional commercials, podcast commercials, and other required audio pieces.
  • Collaborate with Sales to deliver the best possible solutions, results, and experiences for clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients regarding their creative needs.
  • Attend client meetings, take creative briefs, and present marketing solutions.
  • Ensure all work is quoted and approved by clients.
  • Casting of voices, music, and SFX as required.
  • Assist with department administration and voice commercials for AmplifyCBR or the ARN Network.
About You

The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of experience in a radio, audio, or agency creative team and demonstrate expertise in casting and directing voice talent, collaboration with sound designers, and a degree or diploma in business, advertising, or marketing.
