Strategic Risk and Compliance Advisor

This role involves driving strategic initiatives to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the implementation of risk and compliance frameworks, programs, systems, tools, and policies.
- Support the delivery of strategic objectives by contributing to policy development, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement controls and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of operational risks.
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with:
- A degree in law, finance, business, or accounting (or equivalent).
- Significant experience in risk and compliance roles, preferably in financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
