  • Act as a key advisor on all compliance matters, balancing objectives with risk management.
  • Help shape and execute our annual compliance work program and reporting for senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose compliance model using the 'Three Lines of Defence' approach.
  • Maintain and update compliance policies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including specialized teams.
  • Lead efforts to improve compliance capabilities and knowledge sharing across the organization.
