Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing products at customer sites, ensuring timely and efficient completion of works.

About the Role

  • Install products at customer sites, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to company procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, and production staff to coordinate installations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Manage service technician workloads and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Monitor quality control processes and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders to improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and planning installations to meet customer requirements.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, including sales, production, and service teams.
  • Coordinating and managing the installation process, from initial consultation to project completion.

Requirements

  • Techincal skills in product assembly and installation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
