Job Opportunity: Installer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Installer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients for site measurements or installations within agreed timeframes.
  • Liaise with production managers regarding product lead times.
  • Manage service technician workloads effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and provide feedback where necessary.
  • Engage with clients regarding rectification work and schedule accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and service/install teams to deliver projects while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Review daily tasks and drive completion of works.
  • Review service work and provide feedback to relevant management.
  • Identify training needs for improved service delivery and implement where necessary.

To succeed in this role, you must be proactive, have strong communication skills, and be a good relationship builder. You will also need to be extremely customer-focused with good computer skills.

Requirements:

  • A structured approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide solution-based results.
  • Previous experience working with made-to-order products in the building and construction industry (advantageous).
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
