Event Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team at Strathfield Golf Club. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to grow their career in a supportive, professional environment.

  • The ideal candidate will be the key contact for event enquiries, manage client relationships and oversee all aspects of planning and delivery.
  • Responsibilities include managing inbound event enquiries, coordinating event logistics from quoting through to delivery and post-event follow-up, liaising with clients to understand and deliver on their event vision, preparing function sheets, quotes, invoices and booking confirmations, collaborating with chefs, service teams and suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery, conducting site inspections and attending selected events as required, following up post-event to gather feedback and drive repeat business and maintaining accurate records in the Fresh event management system.
