Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to oversee the efficient and effective operations of our logistics, facility upkeep, wash pad facilities, and tool store.
The ideal candidate will lead by example, consistently demonstrating leadership skills through actions, decisions, and behavior. They will oversee tool store and material handling operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Lead by example and consistently demonstrate company values
- Oversee tool store and material handling operations
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) regulations
- Develop team capability in materials handling
- Provide operational support to service teams
- Manage tool store inventory, calibration, and storage practices
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and foster accountability
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members
The successful candidate will have a Certificate IV or higher qualification in Leadership, Management, or a related discipline, as well as minimum 2 years' experience in operations or warehouse leadership roles. They will also have strong conflict resolution skills, advanced communication skills, and high-level proficiency in MS Office Suite and internet-based applications.
