Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across inpatient and outpatient settings. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions within inpatient and outpatient settings, ensuring effective engagement and outcomes.
- Develop and deliver tailored therapeutic plans, incorporating psychoeducation and skills-based training.
- Assess and manage risk, maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, allied health professionals, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, representing the psychology discipline as needed.
- Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
- Relevant qualifications in Psychology (Masters, DPsych, or PhD).
- Experience in delivering diverse therapeutic modalities and group facilitation.
- Excellent organisational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-functioning team.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Up-to-date vaccination against COVID-19 and Influenza.
