The Procurement and Contract Advisor will be a key member of our procurement team, providing expert advice on procurement strategies and contract management.
About the RoleThis role involves working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement procurement plans, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures. The Procurement and Contract Advisor will also provide guidance on contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement plans in accordance with organizational objectives.
- Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and contract management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of contract management frameworks.
- Experience in government procurement and contract management.
- Demonstrated understanding of Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
- Ability to conduct procurement processes, including drafting approach to market documentation, undertaking evaluation activities, and contract drafting.
