Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and diligent Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our green spaces, including planting, weeding, pruning, and watering.

Lawn mowing, edging, and turf care will also be part of the job requirements, as well as soil and mulch preparation, operating and maintaining gardening tools and equipment, and following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.

  • Experience in gardening, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred
  • Physical fitness – able to lift, bend, kneel, and work in all weather conditions
  • Reliability, motivation, and a team-focused attitude
  • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard
  • Valid Driver's Licence and White Card
