The Role

This is a casual Grounds and Maintenance Worker position, located at Reflections Holidays, Copeton Waters .

The purpose of the role is to carry out maintenance and grounds work within the park and represent Reflections Holidays.

In this role, you will :

  • Undertake general grounds maintenance and minor repairs of site facilities as required.
  • Undertake cleaning of guest amenities.
  • Maintain gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for visitors and employees.
  • Operate small plant and hand-operated equipment, such as ride on mower, brush cutter, hedge trimmer and other general lawn & gardening tools.
  • Undertake regular cleaning and maintenance of park vehicles.
  • Assist and direct visitors within the park.
  • Ongoing internal and external training and development courses.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have :

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Great teamwork and communication skills.A 'can-do', solutions-focused attitude.The physical ability to do manual work in all conditions.Flexible availability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons and public holiday work.

Experience in a similar role is desirable.
