Logistics Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Logistics Relationship Manager to join our team.
- This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their logistics needs are met and exceeded.
- As a key member of our logistics team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- You will be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and implementing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Manage customer communication channels, including proactive tracking and notification of shipment deviations.
- Conduct vendor management and shipment order consolidation planning, leveraging digital proficiency to optimize processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, embracing diversity and collaboration within a high-paced environment.
- Prior experience in shipping, supply chain, or logistics industry is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Energetic, well-organized, and self-initiated, with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Digital proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality focus and cost consciousness.
