Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation, delivery, presentation, and serving. They will provide social and emotional support during mealtimes, using empathy and kindness to foster a positive dining experience. Additionally, they will prepare and maintain dining areas to meet individual needs and preferences, and maintain accurate nutrition and diet information as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and a caring attitude
  • Previous restaurant and/or commercial kitchen experience (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Reliability, shift flexibility, and willingness to take direction from others
  • Valid working rights in Australia and evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
