Job Overview

We are seeking a talented professional to fill the position of Fresh Service Team Member. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and delivering exceptional service to customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the deli and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure all products are displayed attractively and that the stockroom is well-organized.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock reconciliation.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior retail or customer service experience is essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move stock and equipment.
