Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding of new internal staff.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and conducting investigations.
  • Oversee learning and development programs to ensure employee growth and success at all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with Modern Awards, enterprise agreements, and changing labour laws.
  • Lead initiatives to foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies that align with business goals and support organisational objectives.
  • Work on HR projects.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in Human Resources or People and Culture roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
