About Us:
Stellar Recruitment is a dynamic and forward-thinking company seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders and drive key initiatives that contribute to our evolving company culture and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding of new internal staff.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and conducting investigations.
- Oversee learning and development programs to ensure employee growth and success at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with Modern Awards, enterprise agreements, and changing labour laws.
- Lead initiatives to foster an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing workplace culture.
- Develop and maintain HR policies that align with business goals and support organisational objectives.
- Work on HR projects.
About You:
- Extensive experience in Human Resources or People and Culture roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance regulations, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
