Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and purpose-driven leader to step into the role of Northern Territory General Manager, spearheading our national work in contributing to the elimination of acute rheumatic fever (ARF) and rheumatic heart disease (RHD) in Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in public health, medicine, policy, advocacy, or community services, who has demonstrated cultural competence in working with First Nations peoples.

  • Lead the Heart Foundation's strategy and operations in the Northern Territory.
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders across government, health, and community sectors.
  • Drive impactful advocacy and contribute to national policy change on cardiovascular health and RHD.
  • Represent the organization in media, public forums, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Provide cultural leadership and support community-led responses to heart health, especially within First Nations communities.
