About the Opportunity...

As the Retail Operations Leader, you will take charge of guiding, supporting, and motivating your team members in the store. Your role will encompass training on outstanding customer service, communicating company strategies, and providing coaching on personal growth, merchandising, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Ensure sales and profit objectives are consistently achieved
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while promoting a secure work environment
  • Oversee inventory management and loss prevention
  • Drive team performance, development, and engagement
  • Handle orders for both residential and trade clients through various channels
  • Mentor and train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
