We are seeking a motivated and hardworking leader to join our Pumicestone Road store in North Brisbane as a Bakery Department Leader.

As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for managing a team, creating rosters, generating orders, and completing stock takes. You will work closely with the Bakery Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the bakery department.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong leadership and delegation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with team members and management
  • Flair for merchandising
  • Commitment to work health and safety standards
