About the Role:
- Assist the Bakery Manager in leading the store's bakery department, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.

- Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the bakery department's daily operations, including inventory management, stock control, and ordering.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
