We're seeking a dynamic and passionate retail professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be part of a vibrant network of airport retailers, bringing big brands to life for travelers from around the world.

About the Role:

  • We're looking for someone with a passion for customer service and sales, who can deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
  • You'll work across 40 unique retail concepts, each offering a unique experience for our customers.
  • Our team of 1,500+ professionals is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and we're excited to welcome new talent to our team.

Key Requirements:

  • Passion for customer service and sales
  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality (an advantage)
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Australian Security ID Card (ASIC)
