Outside School Hours Care Team Lead

We are seeking a passionate and experienced team leader to manage our Outside School Hours Care service.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of educators, developing and implementing a child-centered program, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the service run smoothly.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 36 hours per week, with the possibility of picking up extra hours during school holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of educators onsite, including roster management
  • Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program
  • Lead healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team
  • Strong and clear communication
  • Team player with a desire to become a service leader
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check and a state check for working with children
  • Australian work rights
  • Qualified or enrolled in a Diploma or Higher qualification in Education, Childcare, Humanities, Allied Health, Sport, Drama or similar
