Childcare Educator Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our team of educators at our service in Melbourne. As a Childcare Educator Coordinator, you will play a central role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3-12 years.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Children’s Services (or studying towards) and experience working with children. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment, developing positive relationships with children, families, and staff members.

As an educator, you will plan, deliver, and promote quality activities that stimulate learning and development in children. Your excellent communication and leadership skills will enable you to work effectively with the team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators to provide high-quality care and education to children

About You:

  • Diploma in Children’s Services (or studying towards)
  • Experience working with children aged 3-12 years
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Preferred availability – 5 days per week
