Our organisation seeks a skilled clinician to join its health contact centre in Sydney.

Job Summary

The clinician will be responsible for responding to service requests and working with clients to identify effective solutions. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can make a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to service requests via telephone, email, fax, and mail
  • Work with clients to identify and implement effective solutions
  • Develop knowledge of targeted intake and admission service streams
  • Utilise technology to manage multiple service requests simultaneously
Requirements
  • Current AHPRA Division 1 Nurses Registration
  • Highly developed active listening, conflict management, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated high level of critical thinking and clinical reasoning
  • Knowledge of primary and community care service sector, general practice, community care sector, and acute and sub-acute care environments
