Job Description:
">- Deliver therapeutic services to clients with diverse needs, developing individualized intervention plans and providing ongoing support.
- Conduct assessments to inform treatment goals and ensure culturally appropriate care for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and CALD clients.
- Establish trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders, maintaining professionalism in a diverse work environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve client outcomes and contribute to a supportive team culture.

Requirements:
">- Qualifications: Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Social Work, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Proven experience in working therapeutically with children and young people.
- Skills: Ability to maintain professionalism, cultural competency, and effective communication skills in a dynamic work environment.
- Clearances: Provisional Green (P2) driver's license and ability to obtain a positive Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
