Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and expertise within your discipline at a senior level;
- Manage, lead, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects;
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers;
- Ensure a high level of quality in developing and reviewing deliverables;
- Contribute towards proposals and tenders;
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience;
- 5-10 years' experience in oil and gas, mining, power generation, manufacturing, or other relevant industries;
- Experience working for both an asset owner and consultancy is considered ideal;
- CPEng status or ability to obtain (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Asset Management and its application;
- Familiarity with Asset Management Plans (AMPs);
- Experience with Asset hierarchy, FMECA, Asset Criticality, Spares Analysis, Maintenance Strategy, and Work Instruction development;
- Understanding of maintenance engineering practices;
- Experience with CMMS (i.e. Maximo, SAP, or Oracle);
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications;
- Experience delivering projects/scopes of work;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
