Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Restoration Manager to lead our QLD restoration business.

Job Description

The successful applicant will oversee multiple staff and be responsible for site-based estimating, supervision work, quality assurance, timeliness, safety, and the operational management of the business.

They will also work closely with a national team who support clients from a project coordination perspective.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage and lead a team of state-based project coordinators, internal technicians, and partner contractors.
  • To oversee multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities.
  • To maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in domestic and commercial reinstatement works, including direct client contact and working with construction-related trades and suppliers.

A strong ability to handle multiple projects and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers is essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in insurance repair industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction process, critical inspection points, permits, and WHS requirements.
  • Knowledge of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislation.
