Senior Restorative Justice Services Manager

**Role Overview**: As a senior leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of the Adult Restorative Justice Conferencing team across Queensland. Your primary objective will be to deliver high-quality restorative justice services within the parameters of relevant legislation and directives.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and operational guidance to the ARJC team, ensuring they are equipped and supported to achieve quality outcomes.
- Lead and supervise a state-wide team, fostering a positive culture and promoting training, development, and support.
- Ensure the delivery of best practice restorative justice processes, maintaining a consistent, coordinated, and effective approach to service provision.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, government agencies, and non-government organizations to build strong working relationships and manage expectations.
- Manage human, financial, and information resources to ensure timely and financially responsible service delivery throughout the state.
You will possess significant experience in strategic management, program development, and people management, including developing and implementing new initiatives, evaluating performance, and providing coaching. Additionally, you should have knowledge and experience in restorative justice, the justice system, or conflict resolution, as well as demonstrated capacity to build long-term partnerships and establish rapport with stakeholders.
