Job Title: Banquets Service Expert

In this dynamic role, you will form part of a highly motivated team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

  • We are seeking passionate industry professionals who are proactive, welcoming, and expert at providing service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent dining experiences for our guests

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in similar positions is advantageous
  • Barista experience is highly regarded
  • High tea service experience is highly regarded
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
  • Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work within a team
  • Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Be hard working, dedicated, and professional in all aspects of working life
