Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Specialist to maintain, service, and repair our pioneering Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) installations and bulk processing equipment in the Perth Metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Servicing and Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed equipment to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Accurately report on service assignments and faults, and maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Installation and Commissioning: Install kiosks and bulk processing equipment at new sites, and ensure smooth commissioning and testing.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our partners and members of the public, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Analysis and Improvement: Analyze areas of potential improvement in products and report to the local service team, identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform regular cleaning and sanitation of equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Certificate III level qualification in a trade (Electrical or Mechanical) or proven experience directly related to the work carried out.
  • Experience: Previous experience interacting face-to-face with customers on site, with strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities, especially in relation to mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
  • Skills: Experience in troubleshooting electronic equipment and ability to replace circuit boards, sensors, and other electronic components.
  • License: Unrestricted driver's license and willingness to submit a full driving history record.
  • Availability: Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends.
